Good Day Everyone, There will be a planning Meeting/luncheon on Saturday February 16, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Blackbeard's B & B Bar-B-Que, 2209 N Slappey Blvd, Albany, GA, (229) 878-XXXX ). Those of you who will be attending the luncheon, please contact Jerry Dean Jackson-Childs (229) 395-XXXX ) and let her know, so that she will have an actuate head count when she contacts the restaurant to reserve our seating. | Lucretia Jones-Cook: Register to contact | The MHS 30th Reunion will be held July 23 - July 26, 2009. The committee is currently preparing correspondence to send to all classmates. If you do not receive a letter within the next 3 weeks, it means the committee does not have current contact information on you. Please contact a classmate or committee member so that you can be added to the mailing list for future correspondence. As soon as the reunion committee has established the official reunion P.O. Box and bank account, classmates will start to receive regular correspondence and the committee will began collecting reunion fees. When paying your fees, pay by Check or Money order, absolutely NO cash please. Reunion Fees are as follows: $150 per classmate: If your spouse is also a classmate, then the fee is $200 for the couple. Schedule of Events: 1. Thursday, July 23, 2009 Get reacquainted night 2. Friday, July 24, 2009 Food (BBQ, Fish Fry, etc) Fun and Games night. 3. Saturday, July 25, 2009 Semi-formal Dinner and Dance. Cocktail hour from 5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., Dinner and Dancing from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The Friday and Saturday events will both be held at the Potter Community Center. The PCC is where our Senior Prom as held. 4. Sunday, July 26, 2009 Attend church as a class, brunch, then close-out meeting at classmate’s house. : We would like to have the reacquainting night and the Sunday Close-out meeting at a classmate’s home.
